Your Role:
As a Pest Control Technician, you'll:
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest issues and assess the root causes of infestations.
  • Prioritize Integrated Pest Management (IPM): Use IPM strategies to address pest problems, focusing on non-chemical solutions such as addressing conducive conditions, sanitation, and exclusion before applying pesticides.
  • Apply safe and effective pest control treatments with cutting-edge technology when necessary.
  • Educate customers on prevention strategies and explain treatment plans to build trust and long-term solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of services performed, treatments used, and customer interactions.
  • Use tools like ladders and equipment safely and confidently, adhering to all safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
We're looking for someone who:
  • Has a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Holds (or is willing to earn) a state pesticide applicator's license-training and certification provided!
  • Can pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Has a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Is physically able to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Is comfortable working on ladders and meeting vision requirements (close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception).
