Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) is seeking a Control Account Manager to join their Product Support team. This position will provide day-to-day Control Account Management support to a variety of internal and external programs within the Product Support portfolio of programs, including international programs.
This position will be responsible for supporting program management (PM) to include direct engagement with the program team in program execution; advocating PM plans, processes, and business objectives; and the implementation of PM best practices. The preferred onsite location is Andover, MA will also consider McKinney, TX; El Paso, TX or Huntsville, AL as options.
What You Will Do:
  • Establish and perform meaningful control measures for all aspects of program cost, schedule, and technical execution to drive predictable results
  • Partner with program management (PM), functional leads and internal partners across the Raytheon business in pursuit of day-to-day program execution
  • Operate computer-based programs, tools, and applications, to include Microsoft Excel and Achieving Process Excellence (APEX), to perform detailed analysis, develop and utilize advanced formulas, pivot tables, reports, charts, schedules, and databases
  • Develop and deliver contractually required EVM reporting and analysis
  • Execute resource planning, facilitate Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) inputs, assist with Risk and Opportunity identification and calculation

Qualifications You Must Have:

Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Demonstrated proficiency with financial planning and execution, EVMS, Estimate at Completes (EACs), R&O Management, and Integrated Master Plan (IMP) / Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
  • Experience developing and reviewing program and supervisory artifacts to include resource plans, basis of estimates (BOEs), master schedules, work breakdown structures, and contract deliverables (CDRLs)
  • Experience with program risk and opportunity (R&O) process
  • Strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills, and comfortably interacts with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of leadership
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office suite of programs to include Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, advanced formulas), Project, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
