Job description

What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire an Account Manager within our Corpay Lodging division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Lexington, KY. In this role, you will maintain, nurture, and grow existing client relationships while delivering best-in-class customer experience through strategic account management. You will report directly to the Client Services Manager and regularly collaborate with internal departments to ensure account success.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Building and maintaining lasting client relationships, including extensive knowledge of accounts and client production trends
  • Managing client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on deliverables and revenue
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure account success
  • Driving account retention and growth through strong performance and relationships
  • Monitoring and managing accounts according to key metrics
  • Communicating directly with clients via in-person, phone, and electronic channels
  • Conducting regular business reviews (monthly, quarterly, year-end) using internal reporting tools
  • Exhibiting knowledge of hotel industry and markets associated with client industry
  • Attending scheduled trainings, meetings, and events as assigned
  • Traveling as necessary to meet client needs
  • Performing other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 3-5 years of account management experience
  • Previous account management experience
  • Strong negotiation, teaching, and reporting skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and deliver superior service with accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • High level of professionalism and initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
