Tempur Sealy is seeking a strategic and results-driven Category Manager, Indirect Procurement to join our team.


This role will focus on developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving cost optimization initiatives across assigned indirect spend categories.


Key areas of responsibility include:

✅ Indirect category management and strategic sourcing

✅ Supplier relationship management and contract negotiations

✅ RFx execution, spend analytics, and benchmarking

✅ Identifying savings opportunities and total cost of ownership improvements
