Perform regular audits of licenses to ensure proper allocation and cost optimization

Monitor service health and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications

Microsoft Teams & Collaboration:

Administer and configure Microsoft Teams to enable conferencing, live events, and other collaboration features

Manage Teams policies, including messaging, meetings, and calling settings

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Teams functionality, such as audio/video problems, connectivity, and meeting access

Security & Compliance:

Enforce security policies within the Microsoft 365 environment, including setting up Conditional Access, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and other security controls

Utilize Microsoft Purview to implement data loss prevention (DLP) policies and eDiscovery for compliance and governance

Monitor security reports and audit logs to identify and respond to potential threats or policy violations

Integration & Support:

Ensure the seamless integration of Microsoft 365 with other platforms and services, such as on-premises Active Directory or third-party applications
