Job description

Overview
The Atlanta, GA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking a senior associate or partner to join its Insurance Coverage Practice.
The ideal candidate will have at least eight (8) to fifteen (15) years of experience providing coverage opinions regarding issues such as bad faith claims, disclaimers of coverage, coverage allocation, and policy interpretation. The candidate will have strong research and writing skills as well as experience litigating extra-contractual and bad faith claims. Admission to the Georgia Bar is required.

Our Insurance Coverage Practice focuses on interpreting contracts of all kinds and representing insurers in complex coverage claims. Such representation includes monitoring, mediations, arbitrations, and declaratory relief litigation in state and federal courts throughout the United States. The firm represents primary and excess insurers, reinsurers, third-party administrators, managing general agents, insurance brokers and agents, and independent adjustment companies. Collectively, our attorneys have experience in virtually every line of business.
