Description
This role serves as the operational backbone of our Fort Mill office, overseeing day-to-day administrative functions, maintaining office supplies and facilities, and supporting agents through the transaction and closing process. Additionally, the person in this role will serve as an important part of our brokerage-wide agent Training & Support team, learning the technology and tools offered to REMAX Executive agents to provide hands-on agent support by fielding questions, leading training, and troubleshooting challenges. This role requires strong attention to detail, especially in reviewing closing files for accuracy and compliance, and is well suited to those who are resourceful, curious, and persistent towards technology and problem-solving.
