Commission Remax refers to agents working under the Remax brokerage, while a Real Estate Agent is a licensed professional who may work with various brokerages. Both roles require similar credentials and operate in comparable environments. The key difference lies in the brokerage affiliation, which influences branding, resources, and commission structures. Understanding these distinctions helps clients and agents make informed decisions about partnerships and career paths.

Why are agents leaving Remax?

Agents leave Remax for various reasons, including dissatisfaction with commission splits, management support, or company culture. High competition and the desire for better earning potential or more flexible schedules also contribute to turnover among real estate agents.

How to make $100,000 your first year in real estate?

Commission Remax agents can reach $100,000 in their first year by building a strong client network, consistently prospecting, and leveraging marketing tools. Success depends on market knowledge, negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to lead generation and closing deals.

Is Remax 100% commission?

Commission Remax agents typically earn a percentage of each sale they close, often ranging from 70% to 100%, depending on the agent's agreement and experience. Some agents may work on a full commission basis without a salary or draw, but this varies by office and region.
