Our Enterprise Performance organization seeks an Integrated Program Planner to join our mission in Huntsville, AL, Denver, CO, King of Prussia, PA, Titusville, FL or Sunnyvale, CA supporting Strategic Missile Defense Programs. In this role you will support the execution efforts across multiple sites and other SMD programs as required. For your assigned component, you will interface with Engineering, Business Operations, and Program Management.

You will also be responsible for developing compliant Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) which will reflect the accurate and detailed contractual scope and resources to execute the program efforts. In this role, you will... 1) Support development and maintenance of the program for all Engineering Scheduling 2) Maintain schedule integration between the IMS and supplemental schedules 3) Perform critical path and schedule risk analyses 4) Provide planning support to Engineering Program Planning Management and SMD Planning and Program Leadership as part of weekly and monthly management rhythms

Ensure Schedule Accuracy 5) Perform schedule integrity checks 6) Generate and deliver reports and metrics 7) Present schedule-related information to internal and external customers 8) Ensure compliance with LM Corporate Program Performance Management and Program Planning policies and practices 9) Support all phases of the proposal through submittal to include SOW, CWBS, and IMP traces to tasks #LMSpaceProgramPlanners ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Partners with Program & Senior Management and directs all phases of Program Planning & Integration from inception through completion. Responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of planning and schedule management in support of program capture and execution. Collaborates with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator.

Manages vertical and horizontal integration and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.Provides leadership to program planning team and ensures: modeling and measuring techniques are in place to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline and to perform schedule risk assessments;time-phased predictive analyses, critical path verification and schedule risk assessments are performed and coordinated with program management; performance and health metrics analyses are utilized to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Basic Qualifications Experience using a program planning tool (e.g. Microsoft Project, Open Plan Professional, or a comparable program/project planning tool) Experience briefing internal and external customers Experience with schedule compliance Metrics Experience leading an Engineering Program Planning team Experience with Engineering Planning tools and reporting processess Possess Leadership Skills Due to programs being supported, must be a United States citizen Desired Skills Active Secret security clearance 10+ years of experience in Engineering planning or program management related discipline Exposure to Network scheduling tool (MS Project, Open Plan, Primavera, etc) A High-level knowledge of engineering planning resources Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance Integrated Master Plan (IMP) knowledge Experience deploying and managing resources across Strategic Missile Defense Programs Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) knowledge and schedule traceability Advanced Excel skill set including macros, lookup tables and VBA Exposure to Schedule Risk Assessment process/tools Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Pay Information GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States

Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role. Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $137100.00 - $254700.00 Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc. Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $123400.00 - $229200.00 Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays
