A 14/14 rotational contract means you'll work for 14 consecutive days, often in a remote or on-site location, followed by 14 days off. This schedule allows for extended periods of rest and personal time, but the workdays can be long and demanding, sometimes involving 12-hour shifts. It's important to be prepared for time away from family and friends during your rotation, but many professionals find the extended time off beneficial for travel, hobbies, or family commitments. Exceptional adaptability, self-discipline, and strong teamwork abilities help individuals manage the challenges of extended shifts and remote environments. These skills ensure productivity, safety, and effective collaboration during long rotational cycles in demanding locations.
