Position Title: Contracts Support Analyst – Code 400A
Location: Norfolk, VA (On-site at Commander, Navy Regional Maintenance Center)
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Required

Overview:
Invictus Associates, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contracts Support Analyst to provide direct support to Code 400A and the Commander, Navy Regional Maintenance Center (CNRMC). This role focuses on assisting in managing and analyzing associated administrative and data management functions monthly contracting metrics and trends. The ideal candidate will combine strong data processing and analytical skills with excellent communication abilities to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality program support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the program management of the Streamline Growth Management Program (SGMP) and other contracting cycle time metrics, including tracking, monitoring, and reporting on contractual activities in addition to analyzing for trends and data accuracy.
  • Support programmatic administrative and data management tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable requirements.
  • Compile, organize, and maintain program data, including Readiness Reviews from the Regional Maintenance Centers, ensuring it is readily available for reporting and decision-making.
  • Analyze program and contract data, identifying trends and preparing reports and presentations for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
  • Prepare correspondence, briefings, and other documentation in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ensure timely completion of all assigned deliverables in support of Code 400A and CNRMC objectives.
Required Skills amp; Qualifications:
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to create, manage, and analyze spreadsheets.
