Your Purpose as a Parts Advisor:

  • Assist technicians and customers with identifying and locating parts
  • Answer phone calls, provide parts information, and process orders
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments
  • Maintain clean and organized parts areas
  • Conduct inventory counts and monitor stock levels
  • Sell products and inform customers about promotions
  • Collaborate with service and sales teams for efficient operations
  • Adhere to dealership policies, procedures, and safety regulations
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle 


Additional Qualifications:

  • Wholesale parts experience is a plus, including knowledge of OEC, PartsBridge, OPS, and CCC
