Key Responsibilities

Contract Administration & Compliance

  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Draft, review, and manage contracts for clients and technical subconsultants, ensuring all terms align with company policy.
  • Compliance Oversight: Verify that all project documentation (including technical files and insurance certificates) meets specific contractual obligations before payment processing.
  • Document Control: Maintain a rigorous filing system for all executed agreements, amendments, and work orders to ensure audit readiness.

Financial & Accounting Operations

  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process incoming invoices from vendors and subconsultants; prepare and issue client billings based on project milestones or hourly logs.
  • Payroll: Preparation of in-house payroll.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: HS Diploma. AS Degree in accounting or Finance a plus. We will train
  • Experience: Any related experience in an accounting or contracting is a plus but not required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Office, Excel preferred. Any accounting software.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to identify discrepancies in complex contracts or financial spreadsheets. Very good organization skills
