  • CrossFunctional Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders across a decentralized, global organization with multiple business divisions.

  • Risk Identification & Resolution: Identify commercial and legal risks, advise on mitigation options, support negotiations and dispute resolution, and escalate risks appropriately in coordination with legal team members.

  • Process Improvement & Contract Management: Contribute to ongoing enhancements in contracting processes and contract management practices to improve efficiency and consistency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of experience in contracts management, commercial contracting, or a similar role.

  • Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing commercial agreements and NDAs, preferably within an industrial manufacturing environment.

  • Proven support of sourcing or supply chain teams, including contract negotiation related to procurement of goods.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problemsolving skills, with excellent attention to detail.

  • Solid understanding of commercial risk management and negotiation strategy.

  • Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment, manage a high volume of contracts, prioritize effectively, and escalate issues appropriately.

  • Comfort interfacing directly with legal colleagues, suppliers, and internal business stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
