We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our C&I team as a Contract Support Coordinator within Generac's Database Center business unit. This role plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency and ensuring accurate and timely new customer setup across our systems.

As a key member of the team, the Contract Support Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer account creation and other contract management related maintenance in alignment with Generac's contractual policies and procedures. This individual will work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to support seamless integration and execution of new account onboarding and other contract administration processes.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in SAP and Salesforce platforms, coupled with a strong understanding of sales operations, contract management, order entry, and new account onboarding within a multi-project environment. This role requires a proactive mindset, a high level of accuracy, and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across departments and support Generac's continued growth and customer success.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate contractual documents, purchase orders, and new account information ; ensure accurate updates to system records.

  • Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation related to contracts and account setups, including tracking contract statuses and new account setup and maintenance.

  • Collect the required data and prepare relevant documentation to support contract and account processes.

  • Upload contract documents into internal systems; manage file organization and maintain up-to-date records.

  • Support the onboarding processes for new accounts, ensuring seamless transitions.

  • Complete required forms and documentation for account creation, updates, or modifications.

  • Keep stakeholders informed of progress related to account setups and contractual payment milestones.

  • Generate and deliver regular status reports and updates for leadership regarding contract and account setup activities.

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Law, Business, Contract Management, or a related field; OR equivalent experience

  • At least 5 years of experience working with SAP and Salesforce

  • At least 7 years working in customer service, sales, or account management related fields.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills: To manage multiple accounts and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Excellent communication skills: Both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.

  • Customer service skills: To address questions and concerns and ensure satisfaction.

  • Attention to detail: To ensure all necessary paperwork and processes are completed accurately.

  • Ability to work in a team environment: To collaborate effectively with other departments and teams.

  • Must demonstrate critical thinking and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in MS office and strong computer skills
