About the Role:

The 1st Shift Paint Line Support role is critical to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the paint production line during the first shift. This position focuses on providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintenance support to maintain high-quality paint application and production standards. The role requires close collaboration with production teams to identify and resolve issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring consistent output. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
