We are looking for an organized Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations in Madison, Wisconsin. This contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment while managing incoming calls and visitor interactions effectively. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a steady flow of administrative tasks in a part-time capacity.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff or department in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, answering incoming calls promptly and routing each inquiry accurately.
• Maintain an orderly reception area that reflects a detail-oriented and welcoming office environment.
• Provide general front-office support, including relaying messages and assisting with routine administrative tasks.
• Handle inbound calls with a calm and service-oriented approach, ensuring callers receive timely assistance.
