Job description

Our client in Agawam, Massachusetts is seeking a Contract Supply Chain Analyst to support key supply chain operations and drive process improvements across purchasing, inventory, planning, and logistics. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can analyze data to help optimize supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Monitor inventory levels and support forecasting, planning, and replenishment activities
  • Partner with internal teams including procurement, operations, manufacturing, and customer service
  • Track and report on key performance indicators related to supply chain efficiency and service levels
  • Assist with demand planning, purchase order management, and vendor coordination
  • Investigate supply chain disruptions and recommend corrective actions
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce costs
  • Maintain accurate data in ERP systems and reporting tools
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory analysis, demand planning, procurement, or a related function
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and reporting tools preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
