About the Role

As a Supply Chain Analyst Intern at Analog Devices, you will support global supply chain operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Working with cross-functional teams, you will help address challenges related to inventory management, demand and supply planning, logistics, capacity planning, and customer delivery management while gaining hands-on experience in a global manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support inventory management, demand planning, logistics, capacity planning, and customer delivery activities.
  • Assist in identifying root causes of supply chain challenges and developing data-driven recommendations.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
  • Monitor and track key supply chain performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical insights and project deliverables.

Must-Have Skills

  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret data to support business decisions.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across teams.
  • Supply Chain Fundamentals: Foundational knowledge of supply chain, operations, logistics, or manufacturing concepts.
  • Data Visualization: Exposure to tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar platforms.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar analytical tools through coursework, projects, or internships.
  • Familiarity with forecasting, inventory management, logistics, or operations concepts.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
