This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst based in Netherlands.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an early-career analyst to apply data and technology to real-world supply chain challenges.
You will analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities that can improve operational performance.
Working across Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, R&D, engineering, and product teams, you will turn insights into practical recommendations.
Your work will contribute to cost improvement, inventory optimization, demand planning, logistics efficiency, and supplier performance.
You will also develop predictive models and optimization solutions using modern AI and machine learning techniques.
The position combines analytical problem-solving with hands-on work in Python, SQL, visualization, cloud platforms, and data-driven decision-making.
It is well suited to a curious, detail-oriented professional who wants to grow their technical and supply chain expertise in a dynamic environment.

Accountabilities
  • Analyze large and complex supply chain datasets to identify trends, operational risks, cost-saving opportunities, and performance improvement areas.
  • Develop predictive models and optimization algorithms using AI and machine learning techniques to support supply chain decision-making.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate analytics, models, and data-driven capabilities into supply chain platforms.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and build dashboards using data visualization tools to provide clear, real-time visibility into operational performance.
  • Support strategic initiatives involving inventory optimization, demand planning, logistics efficiency, procurement, supplier performance, and waste reduction.
  • Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, R&D, engineering, and other stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytical solutions.
  • Present analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to leadership and business stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to broader transformation and cost-improvement initiatives by applying data, automation, and analytical techniques to supply chain processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience, academic project experience, or comparable hands-on exposure to supply chain analytics or data analysis.
  • Strong technical capabilities in Python, SQL, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience or familiarity with AI/ML frameworks including TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain fundamentals, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work with large datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical analysis clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and work independently when required.
