Role : Salesforce Developer with Data Cloud Architect & Marketing Cloud Next Consultant
Location: Juno Beach FL
Type: Contract
 
Data Cloud Architect
Key Responsibilities:
  • You’ll lead the full implementation lifecycle of Salesforce Data Cloud, from data acquisition and integration to quality assurance, activation, and ongoing use.
  • You’ll design and document scalable and robust solutions on-site with clients, translating business requirements into detailed technical tasks for offshore development teams.
  • You’ll serve as the primary technical expert for offshore resources, providing hands-on support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • You’ll develop and execute sophisticated data-driven segmentation strategies to enable precise audience targeting and personalized customer journeys.
  • You’ll design, document, and implement comprehensive data models, pipelines, and transformations to support data ingestion, integration, and enrichment within Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • You will act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • You’ll guide and support junior-level resources within the offshore team, fostering their technical growth and ensuring adherence to best practices.
 
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5+ years of overall experience in a technical role, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience focused on Salesforce Data Cloud and/or custom database solutions.
  • Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification
  • Proven hands-on experience with other Salesforce core products, particularly Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • A deep understanding of marketing automation, data segmentation, personalized customer journeys, decisioning, and Next Best Action strategies.
  • Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, data integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica), and SQL proficiency.
  • Experience with Data Actions and Flow integrations, along with API utilization for seamless data exchange.
 
Marketing Cloud Next Consultant
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute advanced segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies within Marketing Cloud Platforms.
  • Experience with MC Next (e.g., Campaigns, Flows, Data Segments)
  • Experience with MC Engagement (e.g., Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Engagement Studio) to support targeted customer journeys and measurable engagement outcomes.
  • Experience with Salesforce data model, Flows and Flow-based audtomations, LWC's
  • Design and implement comprehensive data models and integrations across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and supporting systems—including data pipelines, transformation logic, and ingestion strategies.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Next capabilities, including lead management, opportunity processes, campaign execution, and cross-cloud data alignment.
     
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical or consulting roles, including hands-on work with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud; experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or other database/data engineering platforms is a strong plus.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Marketing Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Data Cloud Consultant.
  • Proven expertise in marketing automation, segmentation, decisioning, personalization, and Next Best Action use cases.
  • Experience working with API integrations, Data Extensions, Flow-based automation, and cross-cloud data actions to enable seamless data exchange and unified customer engagement strategies.
  • Marketing Cloud Certification.
