Sales Operations Analyst (Contract)

Location: West Point, GA

Duration: 3–6 Month Contract to Hire

Overview

The Sales Operations Analyst will serve as a critical partner to the Key Account Management (KAM) team, driving operational efficiency, data integrity, and execution across Hyundai AutoEver America (HAEA) and its Client Business Units. This role sits at the center of Sales, Delivery, Finance, Procurement, and Legal—ensuring deals move efficiently from pipeline to execution in a fast-paced, multi-technology environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Operations Execution:
  • Own and standardize recurring sales operations activities including reporting, cadence management, trackers, and status updates to ensure consistency across all CBUs.
  • CRM Management (Salesforce):
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data, accounts, and activity tracking; enforce CRM hygiene, stage accuracy, and close date discipline.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Build and deliver executive-level reporting on pipeline, bookings, renewals, backlog, key risks, and performance metrics.
  • Deal Coordination:
  • Support end-to-end deal lifecycle by managing intake, approvals, pricing inputs, and documentation readiness.
  • Contract & SOW Tracking:
  • Track SOWs, amendments, renewals, and key milestones; partner with Legal, Procurement, and Finance to ensure timely execution.
  • AR & Financial Coordination:
  • Monitor invoicing milestones, AR aging, and collections; partner cross-functionally to ensure timely payment and issue resolution.
  • Procurement Operations (PR/PO):
  • Submit, track, and reconcile Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders; ensure alignment with scope, budget, and delivery timelines.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Drive follow-ups across Sales, Delivery, and internal stakeholders; remove blockers and ensure accountability on deliverables.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and create SOPs, templates, and documentation.
  • Client Readiness Support:
  • Prepare client-facing materials including QBRs, executive summaries, and operational reports.
  • Tools & Systems Enablement:
  • Support usage of CRM, Microsoft 365, and reporting tools; collaborate with IT to resolve system issues impacting operations.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or Business Operations
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (required)
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)
  • Experience with pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail with strong documentation and process discipline
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and business teams

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP (PR/PO processing, AR tracking, invoicing visibility)
  • Familiarity with SOWs, MSAs, and contract lifecycle management
  • Exposure to Procurement, Finance, and Legal workflows
  • Bilingual in Korean (preferred, not required)
