Position Description: CONTRACT SALES REPRESENTATIVEDay & Nites family of companies delivers superior service outcomes by ensuring commercial HVAC, cooking, refrigeration, and plumbing equipment is properly maintained and operating at peak efficiency. This role is critical to driving revenue growth, cost control, and elevated guest and employee satisfaction.
The Contract Sales Representative partners with prospective and existing customers to evaluate operating environments, understand strategic and operational goals, and design customized labor and inspection service agreements that deliver measurable qualitative and quantitative results.
Key Responsibilities: Identify, target, and develop new commercial accounts within assigned markets
Build and manage relationships with all levels of customer buying influences
Assess customer equipment type, age, condition, and maintenance needs
Develop, present, and close tailored scope-of-work proposals and service contracts
Drive double-digit market share growth through disciplined sales execution
Ensure smooth contract implementation and transition accounts out of active sales involvement approximately 90 days post-implementation
Consistently achieve or exceed assigned monthly new-contract revenue targets
Performance & Incentives: Annual new-contract revenue targets are established prior to each calendar year
Eligible for substantial performance-based bonus compensation
Qualifications & Requirements: Demonstrated track record of achievement with a strong competitive drive
