Overview

BJC HealthCare is one of the largest nonprofit health care organizations in the United States, delivering services to residents primarily in the greater St. Louis, southern Illinois and southeast Missouri regions. These functions support BJC’s leaders in making informed decisions to drive organizational success.

  • Responsible for plan development of capital construction projects to achieve desired project goals and business outcomes in support of the organization's mission and values.
  • Act as an internal consultant to guide hospitals and service organizations in strategy and informed decision making.
  • Manage client (e.g., CEOs/Presidents, entity directors, BJC business leaders) relationships and provide leadership with directional guidance using various analytic tools.
  • Independently plan and organize work to ensure timely delivery of presentations and other strategic planning outputs.
