Position: Remote Procurement Coordinator

Days/Hours: Mon-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay:25.00Hr.

Supporting strategic procurement initiatives by enabling efficient supplier participation in Annual tenders/RFP (Request for proposal) events and coordinating cross-functional procurement activity for customer-driven RFPs. This position is responsible for managing supplier system access during sourcing events (e.g., SAP Ariba, sourcing tools) and ensuring seamless coordination of procurement deliverables for customer RFP responses. The role will act as a liaison between suppliers, procurement teams, R&D, commercial teams, and IT to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality execution. Additionally, this role will have administrative tasks associated with procurementโ€™s databases as required.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Manage supplier onboarding and enablement for sourcing events (RFP/RFQ) within procurementโ€™s SAP Ariba system. Applicant will be trained on Ariba registration and troubleshooting techniques.
Coordinate system access, user setup, troubleshooting, and technical support for suppliers during RFP events
Serve as first point of contact for supplier inquiries related to system access and event participation.
Coordinate procurement deliverables across category managers and stakeholders for customer RFPs
Track RFP timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion and generate status reports for procurement management.
Maintain accurate records and reporting for RFP events and supplier participation
Act as liaison between Procurement, IT, Commercial teams, and external suppliers
Perform administrative tasks related to award finalization and post-RFP contract storage
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelorโ€™s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance or related field preferred.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills required. Applicant must be able to show proficiency in the use of spreadsheets and Microsoft office products.
Experience with SAP, SAP Ariba, or similar procurement systems preferred.
Familiarity with procurement processes is preferred.

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance or related field preferred

Pay Details: $25.00 per week
