RN Long-Term Care Position Summary

As a Contract Registered Nurse, you will: Deliver high-quality nursing care to long-term care residents. Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Develop and update individualized care plans. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
