Job description

Contract Psychologist - Trauma Recovery Center
Location: Redlands, CA (On-Site)
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per month (estimated 5 hours per week)
We are seeking a licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to provide professional services within our Trauma Recovery Center (TRC) on a part-time independent contractor basis.
Scope of Services
  • Conduct psychological assessments utilizing program-required assessment tools, as assigned
  • Provide trauma-informed treatment services to TRC clients, as assigned
  • Provide clinical consultation to TRC staff, as requested
  • Participate in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings (every Wednesday at 9:00 AM, on-site)
  • Complete timely documentation in the program's designated electronic health record (EHR) system in accordance with grant and regulatory requirements

Compensation
$95-$120 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted California Psychologist license
  • Experience providing trauma-informed care preferred
  • Professional liability insurance required

This is an independent contractor position. The contractor maintains discretion and independent clinical judgment in the provision of psychological services, consistent with applicable laws and ethical standards. Services must be delivered in compliance with Trauma Recovery Center program requirements, grant guidelines, and applicable state and federal regulations.
