Das sind Deine Aufgaben:
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Bereiche Project Management, Commercial & Contract Management sowie Project Control Services
  • Weiterentwicklung der Organisation, Prozesse und Standards innerhalb des Verantwortungsbereichs in enger Abstimmung mit dem Fachbereich PMO der VTU Group
  • Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen und qualitativ hochwertigen Projektabwicklung
  • Unterstützung der Projektteams bei komplexen kommerziellen und projektbezogenen Fragestellungen
  • Verantwortung für Ressourcenplanung, Kapazitätssteuerung und Personalentwicklung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung
  • Steuerung relevanter KPI sowie regelmäßiges Reporting an die Geschäftsführung
  • Mitarbeit bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung gruppenweiter Standards, Methoden und Best Practices
  • Förderung der fachlichen Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden sowie Aufbau einer leistungsfähigen Organisation
Das bringst Du mit:
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer Engineering- oder EPCM-Organisation7
  • einschlägige Erfahrung in der Durchführung von EPCM/Anlagenbau Projekten aus der Prozessindustrie, bevorzugt im Bereich Pharma oder Chemieanlagen
  • Erfahrung in Project Controls sowie kommerziellem Projektmanagement
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von Vertrags- und Claim-Management
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Teams
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
