Costa Mesa, CA (Hybrid)
Join a growing project management and construction consulting firm where you'll own Procore Financials, help shape financial processes, and work on commercial hospitality and retail development projects from start to finish.
Overview:
- Own client and vendor contracts inProcore Financials
- Manage job costing, contract administration, vendor billing support, and lien waivers
- Work within ProcoreFinancials + QuickBooks Onlineintegration
- Partner with Operations, Project Managers, and Accounting to improve financial processes
Required Experience:
- Hands-onProcore Financialsexperience (required)
- QuickBooks Online experience
- 3+ years of Project Accounting in construction, owner's rep, subcontractor, or construction management
- Experience with job costing, contracts, and lien waivers
Compensation and Perks:
