Job description

TITLE:   Contract and Pricing Coordinator

POSITION OBJECTIVE: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Coordinator to support the development, execution, and maintenance of pricing strategies across our product portfolio. This role plays a key part in ensuring pricing accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with company profitability goals.  The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, thrives in a data-driven environment, and can collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1–3 years of experience in pricing, finance, data analysis, or sales operations
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, AS400 preferred)
  • Knowledge of pricing strategy, margin analysis, or revenue management
  • Experience in manufacturing is strongly preferred
  • Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
  • Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and update pricing databases, systems, and tools
  • Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies
  • Conduct market and competitor pricing analysis
  • Prepare pricing proposals, quotes, and margin analysis
  • Monitor pricing performance and identify trends or discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and approval processes
  • Assist with contract pricing, bid submissions, and special pricing requests
  • Generate pricing reports and dashboards for leadership
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance to resolve pricing discrepancies
  • Other duties as assigned

WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:

  • In office work environment. Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.  Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
