Position Summary

Full Circle Recruiting, LLC. is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and growth-minded Office Manager / Controller to help support and move our business forward.


This position will work closely with ownership, leadership, customers, vendors, and team members to help manage the financial, administrative, and operational functions of the company. The role is critical to helping to continue scaling while maintaining strong organization, communication, accountability, and customer service.

The right individual will not simply "do office work." This person will become an important part of helping to continue building a healthy, growing, and well-organized business.


We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates well, solves problems, and wants to grow alongside the company.


Key Responsibilities

Financial & Accounting Support

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable

Monitor cash flow and financial organization

Support budgeting and financial reporting activities

Assist ownership with financial decision-making and tracking

Coordinate with outside CPA and accounting professionals

Help improve financial systems and reporting accuracy

Office Management:

Help manage day-to-day office operations
Support internal communication between departments
Assist with scheduling, purchasing, and administrative coordination
Maintain organized records and documentation
Help create and improve company processes and systems


Customer & Vendor Communication

Professionally communicate with customers, vendors, and business partners
Assist with quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, and customer follow-up
Support dealership and supplier relationships
Help maintain strong customer service standards


Leadership & Operational Support

Work to help move the company forward
Help identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
Support hiring, onboarding, and team communication efforts

Qualifications
