Car Deals Associate
We are looking to hire a determined and dedicated individual to join our Car Deal Accounting Team.
Job Description:
  • Breaking down and finalizing all cash and finance deals for all dealerships.
  • Scanning documents into digital deal jackets.
  • Double checking car deals for accuracy.
  • Sending out bank contracts to finance institutions.
  • Process and post rebates
  • Process sales commissions and send to payroll weekly
  • Communicate closely with and assist associates at our stores.
  • Data entry and updating spreadsheets.
  • Other duties as assigned from Management.
  • Review and maintain accounting schedules related to vehicle sales

Environmental & Physical Requirements:
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk, and hear
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel, and crouch, lift weight, or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds
