Description:
Sr. Oracle Database Administrator with 10+ years Oracle database administration experience supporting large scale or enterprise level database services.
Required Skills:
  • 10 + years experience administering to, and engineering solutions with Oracle's database (10 - current). Extensive experience with database design and modeling; as well as, the collection and interpretation of customer requirements relevant to database migration, troubleshooting, performance observation and tuning.
  • Significant experience with the production and deployment of RAC, RMAN backup & recovery.
  • Experience with Oracle Exadata, DB security, Data Guard and / or DB Vault, Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control, label security, and data migration.
  • BS in CS or related course of study, or equivalent year's experience.
  • Must be an independent worker with strong communications skills.

Qualifications:
  • Senior Practice/Technical Director provides guidance and assistance in the analysis, design, implementation and optimization of enterprise wide complex IT architectures based on customer mission objectives and needs. The Senior Technical Director has extensive experience and background in implementing creative and innovative solutions with significant industry-wide impact. Analyzes customer missions and business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer's objectives by combining Oracle best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Recommends enhancements to meet highly complex customer needs.
