Serves as the overall contract manager responsible for technical, operational, financial, and contractual performance. Primary Responsibilities
• Direct all contract operations • Serve as primary interface with the Government • Manage cost, schedule, and performance • Lead program planning and reporting • Manage risks and issues • Coordinate multiple technical teams • Ensure quality and contract compliance • Support strategic planning and modernization initiatives • Extensive experience managing information technology evaluations • Extensive experience developing and tracking schedule, cost, and risk for projects of similar size and scope in an Information Technology environment • Understanding of Federal Government policies and procedures and demonstrated ability to meet fast turnaround deadlines • Understanding of Federal Government contracting and billing processes along with experience in cost control management Qualifications
• With at least 10 years of management experience and at least 4 years of experience managing projects of similar size and scope for the Federal Government • Active Project Management Institute (PMI) certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Agile or Scrum Certification
