F.H. Furr Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical is seeking a highly organized and driven Contracts Manager to lead and oversee installation contract operations across our Northern Virginia market. This role is responsible for managing the HVAC Install Contracts Coordination team, ensuring all installation jobs are scheduled, processed, and completed efficiently while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and Supervise the Contracts Coordination Team - Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and support to HVAC Install Contracts Coordinators. Monitor workflow, assign priorities, and ensure team members are meeting performance expectations and service standards.
  • Coordinate and Oversee Install Scheduling - Ensure installation jobs are scheduled efficiently by partnering with customers, technicians, and installers, while optimizing team productivity and capacity.
  • Manage Contracts and Documentation - Oversee the completion, accuracy, and organization of all installation-related paperwork, ensuring compliance with company standards and processes.
  • Oversee Permits and Inspections - Ensure timely and accurate permit applications and coordinate inspections to maintain compliance with all local regulations.
  • Warranty Registration Oversight - Ensure all equipment is properly registered with manufacturers for warranty coverage.
  • Drive Customer Communication Excellence - Set expectations for proactive, professional communication with homeowners and ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the installation process.
  • Support and Partner with Install Teams - Act as a liaison between coordination staff and field teams, resolving issues, removing roadblocks, and improving workflow.
  • Ensure Accuracy and Process Integrity - Monitor job details, documentation, and team output to minimize errors, delays, and compliance risks.
  • Identify Process Improvements - Partner with leadership to enhance systems, workflows, and team efficiency, driving continuous improvement across the install coordination function.

  • Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative operations, preferably within home services, HVAC, or a similar industry
