Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-dayoperation of the facility, ensuring the site runs safely, efficiently, and incompliance with company and regulatory standards. This role leads warehouseoperations with a strong focus on productivity, quality, cost control, andsafety.
The position provides leadership to operations managers, supervisors, andhourly associates, while also supporting long-term operational strategy andworkforce planning. The Senior Operations Manager works closely with HR, IT,and Finance to achieve business goals and improve performance across theoperation.
Key responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, driving continuous improvement,and ensuring contract and quality management requirements are consistently met.This role oversees staffing activities such as hiring, training, development,scheduling, and performance management, in partnership with the HR team.
The Senior Operations Manager is also responsible for maintaining accurate timeand attendance, ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment, and upholding5S workplace organization and safety standards. Inventory levels, stockaccuracy, and overall operational efficiency are continuously managed tosupport customer and business needs.
Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years warehouse or supply chain leadership experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends

It'd be great if you also have:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement knowledge and experience
  • Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment
  • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience
  • Working knowledge of financial accounting, including developing and/or managing a P&L; experience with HR practices
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with warehouse operations and systems
  • Ability to manage daily execution and problem-solving
