Contract Operations Analyst

Location: Hybrid

Pay Rate: $32.00/hour (W-2)

No C2C or Third-Party Candidates

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Operations Analyst to support pricing activation and contract operations processes across multiple business segments. This role is responsible for managing contract execution activities including letters of commitment, customer setup and maintenance, GPO transitions, and local contract management.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and operational support skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of inquiries and work cross-functionally with internal teams, distributors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and support:
  • Letters of Commitment (LOC)
  • Customer Setup & Maintenance (CS&M)
  • GPO group transitions
  • Local contract administration
  • Manage pricing activation activities for new and renewal agreements
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for pricing activation and membership inquiries
  • Collaborate with distributors, GPOs, sales teams, commercial operations, and customers
  • Manage and resolve high-volume internal and external inquiries efficiently
  • Coordinate member account additions/removals across multiple ERP systems
  • Utilize automation tools, BOTs, and reporting platforms to streamline operations
  • Prepare and distribute dealer notifications regarding pricing and membership changes
  • Maintain documentation of pricing exceptions and membership-related updates
  • Identify contracts impacted by GPO transitions and coordinate necessary updates
  • Support process improvements and operational enhancements across contract workflows
  • Participate in distributor and stakeholder calls to resolve pricing and contract issues

Required Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience supporting contract operations, pricing, customer support, or related business processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and external partners

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with ERP systems, automation tools, or reporting platforms
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools
  • Experience supporting pricing activation, GPO processes, or contract administration
