Position Overview
The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in the production processes. This role requires a strong leader to manage teams, optimize operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, including production scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the production process.
  • Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and operators to achieve operational goals.
  • Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to ensure product quality meets specifications.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and reports related to manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices.
  • Experience in the Aerospace Defense or CNC machining industry is a plus.
