Description:

Delta360 is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Oil & Gas Corporate Sales Representative to accelerate growth across our fuel, lubricants, DEF, and logistics services portfolio. This role is responsible for developing and managing strategic customer relationships with Operators, E&P companies, Midstream organizations, Drilling Contractors, and Pressure Pumpers.


The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, identifying opportunities to expand Delta360's presence within existing accounts while pursuing new business opportunities throughout the Oil & Gas industry. This position requires a strong understanding of fuel logistics, supply chain management, field operations, and commercial sales execution.

Requirements:

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience within the Oil & Gas, energy, fuel distribution, logistics, transportation, or industrial services industries.
• Proven success developing and growing strategic customer relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close complex commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding of fuel supply, fuel logistics, lubricants, DEF, and Oil & Gas operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time each month.


Preferred

• Experience selling into E&P Operators, Midstream companies, Drilling Contractors, Pressure Pumpers, or Oilfield Service organizations.
• Existing network of industry relationships.
• Experience with bulk fuel delivery, fleet fueling, fuel management, lubricants, or related energy services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Energy Management, or a related field.
