• Manage and support enterprise tools such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Intune, and related operating systems to ensure secure and reliable access across the organization.
• Provide high-level technical support by diagnosing complex issues, performing root cause analysis, and restoring service across infrastructure, business applications, manufacturing systems, and user devices.
• Build and enhance automation, scripting, integrations, reports, and data-driven solutions using PowerShell, APIs, and comparable technologies to reduce manual effort and improve visibility.
• Strengthen cybersecurity posture by addressing vulnerabilities, supporting incident response activities, enforcing secure configurations, and maintaining endpoint protection and patching practices.
• Administer user access, permissions, device controls, backup validation, and disaster recovery processes to maintain business continuity and operational resilience.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to evaluate, recommend, and implement infrastructure upgrades, licensing strategies, and technology improvements.
• Support business-critical and manufacturing-related applications, including ERP-connected environments, to help maintain stable and efficient operations.
• Contribute to compliance and audit readiness efforts by aligning technical practices with internal standards, security expectations, and regulatory obligations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, process refinement, and emerging technologies, while offering technical guidance to users and cross-functional teams.• 3+ years of experience in network engineering, infrastructure administration, or a closely related IT role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of network administration, including switches, routers, and overall connectivity support in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Office 365 technologies, including administration and support of core collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with endpoint and device management platforms such as Intune.
• Exposure to security and compliance tools or practices, including Microsoft Purview or comparable data governance technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across networking, systems, cloud services, and end-user computing environments.
