Executive Administrative Assistant
Location: 77032 Area (Houston, TX)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Onsite
Compensation: $30-$40/hour + Bonus Potential
A client of ours in the 77032 area is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support a senior leader in Oil & Gas. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and can confidently manage competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities

  • Produce weekly reports and assist with analysis projects
  • Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
  • Coordinate industry conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, and corporate events
  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture meeting notes, distribute action items, and track follow-ups
  • Assist with contract preparation and administrative support for the sales team
  • Create professional PowerPoint presentations for meetings and industry events
  • Coordinate newsletters, marketing materials, and corporate communications
  • Maintain organizational charts and collaborate with internal departments as needed
  • Provide general administrative support for multiple business functions
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Executive Assistant or high-level administrative support experience preferred
  • Experience supporting senior executives and managing confidential information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional grammar and attention to detail
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and related business applications
  • Ability to work independently in a less structured environment
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional, positive personality with a collaborative approach
