Job description

Our client, a growing call center services company , is conducting a confidential search for an experienced HR Manager to lead its human resources function. This search is being handled discreetly on behalf of the company, and additional details will be shared with candidates who advance in the process.

About the Role

The HR Manager will oversee all core HR functions for a call center workforce, including recruiting operations, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and policy administration. This role reports directly to senior leadership and will play a key part in shaping people strategy as the company scales.

What You'll Do

•        Lead full-cycle HR operations for a call center workforce (typically high headcount, high-turnover environment)

•        Manage employee relations, investigations, and performance/disciplinary processes

•        Ensure compliance with both state and federal employment law

•        Oversee onboarding, benefits administration, and HR policy development

•        Partner with leadership on workforce planning and retention strategy

•        Manage or support a small HR/recruiting team

What We're Looking For

•        5+ years of HR management experience, ideally in a call center, BPO, or high-volume staffing environment

•        Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance

•        Experience managing employee relations and sensitive personnel matters

•        Proven ability to build and scale HR processes

  • Experience with all modules in Rippling, Bamboo, gusto or similar HR platforms

•        SHRM-CP/PHR certification a plus
