This is a contract position for an RN specializing in Dialysis.
The shift is from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
The nurse will work rotating weekends and will be required to call in once per week for the night shift.
The unit consists of 6-bed multiroom facilities with 1:1 bedside care in other units.
Staffing is based on patient census, with 3 nurses scheduled for night shifts.
Patient ratios are 2:1 for multiroom setups and 1:1 for bedside care.
The equipment used includes Tablo, Prismax, and Amia.
Electronic Medical Records are managed through Meditech.
Candidates with acute dialysis experience will be prioritized during the selection process.
The ideal candidate should possess flexibility and adaptability to varying situations.
Navy scrubs are the required attire for the unit.
