Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: North Aurora IL-Clinic Based Position

Schedule: Full Time

Compensation: 75,000-$87,000 annually, based on years of experience

$10,000 Bonus PLUS Student Loan Repayment Assistance 

RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Full Time BCBA for our North Aurora IL location.  We are a multidisciplinary outpatient center providing ABA services along with PT,OT and SLP.  We are seeking a BCBA to join our team to provide ethical, quality ABA care for our pediatric patients. RUSH Kids offer opportunities for growth and mentorship within the field of ABA. Our BCBAs design and oversee programs for children with autism served by RUSH Kids.  In this position, the BCBA will supervise Behavior Technicians, complete assessments,  and collaborate with families and other therapists, among other responsibilities.  We are looking for a professional, compassionate candidate  with a passion for making a difference in the lives of children.

Masters Degree in ABA and board certification required.
