Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Soliant is hiring a dedicated and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students within a school-based setting near Spring Hill, Tennessee. The BCBA will work closely with educators, support staff, and families to design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans that promote student success. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about Applied Behavior Analysis and committed to improving educational outcomes for diverse learners. A current certification in good standing as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB is required. Qualified applicants will have a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. A strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior assessment tools, and intervention strategies within a school environment is preferred. This position is open to local Tennessee residents and out-of-state applicants. 

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide direct and consultative ABA services to students with behavioral and developmental needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Train and coach school personnel on behavior management strategies and evidence-based interventions
  • Monitor and analyze student data to evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust plans as needed
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal development
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district regulations, including IDEA and FERPA
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting of services provided
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
