Are you passionate about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and ready to take the next step in your career? C.B.E.S.T., now proudly part of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring a part time ABA Program Supervisor in Los Angeles to lead, inspire, and support students through individualized behavioral programs.

We're looking for a motivated professional with a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field who thrives in a dynamic, field-based environment. You'll be working directly with students in a school setting, creating behavior plans, supervising technicians, and driving meaningful outcomes.
This is a part-time position (10-20 hours/week) with the potential to increase to 30 hours per week. We ask for a minimum one-year commitment to ensure consistency and progress for the students we serve.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing 1:1 ABA services and implementing Positive Behavioral Interventions.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Case Supervisor or Clinical Supervisor in the ABA field.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team (teachers, psychologists, SLPs, etc.).
  • Comfortable with travel between client sites in the Carson Downtown, South LA areas (reliable transportation required).
  • Reliable transportation is a must (valid driver's license, current auto insurance)

Preferred but Not Required

  • Experience with Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or Safety-Care/QBS techniques.
  • BCBA certification or enrollment in a BCBA supervision program.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct weekly on-site visits to schools throughout the Hollywood, Downtown, East LA and South LA; must be willing to travel between sites.
  • Develop and oversee individualized behavior plans for a caseload of K-12 and transitional students.
  • Modify behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and IEP goals in collaboration with educational teams.
  • Provide ongoing training, feedback, and supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and behavior therapists.
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute professional insight to help shape students' success plans.
  • Review and ensure accurate data collection to measure student progress.
  • Respond to behavioral incidents with evidence-based ABA strategies, including de-escalation and safety planning when necessary.
