Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced and board certified Behavioral Analyst to join our therapy center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and a strong understanding of applied behavior analysis techniques. 
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff members
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care for clients
Qualifications:
- Board certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
