- Monitor contract performance using software tools and internal feedback to ensure service quality.
- Support senior leadership in creating and maintaining service contracts for Emplify Health.
- Manage contract renewals and resolve issues, ensuring timely, compliant, and effective agreements.
- Streamline contracting processes and facilitate communication across departments to ensure proper implementation.
Education and Learning:
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Business or Legal or Finance or Healthcare Administration or a health related field
Work Experience:
- Required: 2-4 years experience in managed care, business, legal studies, health or related field
- Desired: 6 months experience in a contract management environment.
