This is a great opportunity to build your skills, work with experienced professionals, and grow in a stable, team‑oriented environment — especially as we celebrate our 90th anniversary

3 Positions Available at Charter Casting — 2900 E Richmond St, Shawano, WI 54166

Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) | 2nd shift | $24.50/hr + $2,000 Hiring Bonus

  • Learn how to inspect and maintain equipment that keeps our facility running smoothly

  • Clean foundry production equipment

  • Perform machine start up and shutdown procedures as needed

  • Operate forklifts and use basic hand tools

  • Follow safety procedures to help maintain a safe and efficient workplace

  • Assist with production as needed

Maintenance Facility Technician | Weekend - Days OR Week Days (1st shift)| $24.75/hr + $5,000 Hiring Bonus

  • Learn how to inspect and maintain equipment that keeps our facility running smoothly

  • Assist experienced mechanics with repairs and installations

  • Perform preventive maintenance (PM) tasks
