Description

Win Brands is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to support Costa Vida and FatCats Entertainment in an ongoing part-time embedded 1099 contract role. This is a hybrid position based in Pleasant Grove, Utah, with flexible scheduling and approximately 20-30 hours per week.


We're looking for a mid-level designer with strong creative instincts, professional experience, and a great portfolio. The work includes a wide variety of projects across digital, print, social, environmental, and brand design. Most projects involve creating and adapting materials within established brand systems, with opportunities to contribute ideas and help shape our brands' creative directions.

Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Design marketing assets, social graphics, digital ads, signage, menus, emails, and print materials
  • Create production-ready files for print and digital use
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director, internal designers, marketing team, and operations teams
  • Work within established brand guidelines while exploring creative solutions
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual design skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Reliable, collaborative, organized, and self-directed
  • Strong understanding of current design trends and commercial creative work

Bonus Skills

Motion graphics, illustration, photography, video editing, brand strategy, UX/UI familiarity, or AI-assisted creative tools.
